Fairytale anime request

Hiia! Im wondering if someone could come up with a pattern for me of the little blue guy in this picture. I want to do it up for a friend for Christmas.

If it could ge just big enough to comfortably fit in a 5in. hoop frame, that would be perfect! Preferably not a whole bunch of colours, but enough to make it look decent.

All I would want is just the character itself, not the background.

I made this Happy pattern awhile ago. Not identical to your picture but it should fit in a 5in hoop if you use 16 or 18 ct fabric.
