Request for celtic tartan

Hi! I would love it if someone could help me by making a pattern for this:



It's the celtic tartan of Clan Forsyth. I would love for it to be about 5x5 square (so, not the exact image, you'd be cropping it to a square) and use 5 colors - yellow, red, blue, black, and green with dithering where the colors sort of meld together. I have 11 count Aida but can go out and get any count.

I tried using some of the online generators and they won't quite give me what I want.

So on 18 count this was the best I could do. If you want more tartan just tell me the smallest count you can handle and I can try again.
