Our dog

Hi everyone,

I would like to make my mum a stitch for her birthday next year of our dog, who past away in February. I have tried to modify the picture in Photoshop and turn it into a nice cross stitch, but my skills with these programmes are horrible. I would really appreciate it if someone were to give this a go for me.

Size: aprox 40 x 30 cm or 16 x 12 inches
Colours: aprox 40/50? (I don't know when you would get a nice detail in the photo)


I would really appreciate if someone could attempt making a pattern.

Hi! Sorry to hear about your dog. I have three beagles myself so I know what lovely dogs they are Anyway, I had a go at making a pattern for you. I set it for 16 count but obviously it can be whatever count you want, it's 28 colours and I think it looks pretty good and using the 16ct it should work out at 37.5x25cm. If you don't like it I'm sure someone else can take a stab at it with another program.
