Adventure Time full cast request

Okay guys. I'm looking to do a big project and hoping someone could help.
My brother and his friend are majorly into Adventure Time. I'm wanting to do the full cast for them!

If someone could help me out and make a pattern, I would appreciate it.
I'm all about perfection when it comes to stitching so I want it to be detailed. So with that said, the amount of colors do not matter. I normally use 18 count but I'm not opposed to using different!

Approx. how many inches wide do you want the finished project to be? Large or EPIC? It would look great at 24" x 18.5", but if you aren't up for something that giant let me know what ballpark you'd prefer. If you go down to half that size (1 foot wide), the details would probably need to be backstitched.

Thought I might try my hand at this. It's huge at 33"x25" on 18 ct. with 55 colors.
