Chibi line art pattern request non-VG

I was hoping someone could help me clean the following picture up into a simple pattern no bigger than 8x11 inches using 14ct or 16 ct cloth. Using backstitching is fine for the thin lines, I'd actually prefer it. I plan on filling in the colors afterwards myself. I use KT stitch for patterns.
