Gah! I was going to send mine out while my dad had the little one, but totally forgot about it! They'll be going out sometime this week!

I am so sorry but I do not think I will finish my square in time. If I somehow get the time to then I will definitely send it and update its status on here but I made the mistake of committing to multiple childsplay crafty donation things this year. I am still trying to finish some other things. (at least there will still be money being made for the charity)

Did you mail it to the US or Canada address and when? Could you also send me a picture of your square and I can look through my squares and double check.

He sent me the picture and I did get his square. I had posted here it was received without a note, so not sure who it was from.

I'm very almost finished my animal crossing square Just filling in the blue expanse of background at the moment - not gonna get the pokemon one done, but that gives me something to work on for next year at least. Confetti stitches plus study = bad lol.
Working on:
Retro X & Y! - lost the pattern and fabric, but it's resurfaced :D ...and i've lost it again lol
Attempting Diamond Painting
Making like three crochet blankets at once #nolife
slowly amassing floss for the old-style Epic Pokemon

Attempted to send mine out today, but I had to fill out this form. Wasn't able to do it on the spot as my toddler thought the store was a playground. Also have to find a box to stick them in. Will go out either tomorrow or Monday. They told me it would only take 3 days to get there, which surprised me.

Three days if it doesn't get caught in customs. ;)

I received a package with 7 squares from Daniel over the weekend. Not sure who that is since there wasn't a note.

I have a very bizarre question.

I'm almost done with my MMX square, but I can't seem to find the good floss for some of the colors. I bought some J&P coats floss at Walmart a few years back and one of them has the perfect purple I was looking for (and I can't seem to find an equivalent in DMC or Anchor). It doesn't say "colorfast" on the floss label and it was dirt cheap when I bought it. I know the squares will get washed so I'm wondering if using that floss could be a risk. Should I not use that seeing as it's quality could be questionable or is it OK? How reliable is J&P coats (or any floss bought at Walmart for that matter...)??

Thanks!
