No problem! I'll try to ensure it's updated regularly. :D

Ohhh...the memories. I remember many hours spent stomping away on DDR and others as a young Mage. Awww....now I have Fujiyama Panic stuck in my head. XD

I've done a last one, of my favourite childhood games : Link's Awakening on Gameboy.

I'm not sure... sorry if it's been said earlier but I can't find the information :
Do we have to choose and stitch 4 samplers ? One per week ? One under the other ?
When is the deadline ? What if I haven't finished on time (I'll be gone 10 days on vacation with my parents in April) ?

 Thanks in advance !

LPB, Link's Awakening is totally exempt from my desire to not have bog standard games take over the sampler. I love that band - I'm already going into my inventory to pull out those bomb-arrows. XD

funkymonkey - on our wedding day, my wife and I went to an arcade to play DDR in our wedding outfits. The guy on duty proceeded to open up the games to free play for us. DDR has good memories for me. :)

Each week, one will appear and you will stitch that.
La Ptite Bete wrote:One under the other ?
That is the idea, but if you want to move them around that is fine too.

April 30th, but...

It's ok! It's a stitch-a-long, not a contest. If you don't finish during the event, finish in your own time and post it later.

I hope that clears some things up!

I was busy on my lunch break! XD

Im working on a Resident Evil one as well. And I would have loved to do a Valkyrie Profile one, but I can't think of how to fit anything on 90X25...

So I'm kinda lost on what's going on here. I looked through several pages, there are some really nice patterns here, but unfortunately my laptop battery is running low so can't look for much longer. Since I haven't been able to come around much I'm kinda behind on the details. This topic is just about creating patterns for band samplers, not the actual stitching of them?

That is outstanding!! I also spent many moons back in high school in the basement of the university (the only place in town with a DDR machine; 3rd mix korean v2 <3 ) We would all shadow along with each other to save money, and I had even printed out the step charts so I could practice at home! good times.

Yeah, this event doesn't actually begin until next month. But to be prepared, I need the designs by 25th March, so that's taken over this thread. I will be making a new thread for the actual event, where there'll be the stitching and the alonging etc. :D
