They look smart, could you tell me what you used and how you made them?

It doesn't look like needlepoint wool though. Looks like you used cross stitch thread, six strands I'm guessing? I have yet to try cross stitch on plastic canvas, but I want to :)

Those pins look so good! :Mario

I've been contemplating selling things on etsy once I work up a supply. I have too many things I want to make to be able to keep it all. :-) How much success have you had with it?

Also, I would really like to work with plastic canvas. I love the variety that all those yarn colors and textures must give (oh, and I could start a yarn stash too!).

wow only two strands? I guess the plastic is kind of high count or something. I can rarely even find 14-count plastic at my craft store.

yes it's 14ct and I can rarely find it either so when i go i buy a few sheets at a time...when i see it in stock.
I use it a lot!

I did find 16ct once but not since then...

well i've been a member to buy on etsy for awhile..but i've actually opened shop a month ago..16 sales so far..and a few requests i've sold but didn't put on etsy..save money on fees and such.
It is so much better for crafters than ebay IMO...doesn't cost anything to open shop...listings last 4 months..you get 5 free picture spots...and only 20 cents to list..
the key is to promote your shop and you'll have success!

Those do look really nice. I continue to run into more and more reasons to start messing around with plastic canvas. I've encountered the same problem mentioned above though: low stock. Course, I have the same problem with cross stitch fabric from time to time too. Took me a good half-dozen trips to get enough 11 ct. for the Dragon Warrior project I've got going (and I think I'm still short one piece).

So, when you're working with plastic canvas I'm assuming you do all your stitching and cut off the excess bits at the end, right? You don't need to figure out exactly the shape and size you need beforehand, do you?
