QueenBex's Cross Stitch projects

Post by QueenBex »

Hey all, I've seen a few others do this and thought it'd be a good idea to have a place to show off all my stitching projects, that and I'd like to be a tad more active on this site, I come on here every week and marvel at so many fantastic projects.

Some of you may have seen this I made for my brother;

and there's another project I'm working on this time for my sister, the Zelda Stained Glass cross stitch (pattern by Servotron).

When I have time I'll add my smaller projects too. Theres a couple of christmas ones I'm doing if you'd like to see and a cute diorama I'm stitching for a friend.

I spend most of my time stitching for others, the one and only pattern I have requested on the forums (Science of Discworld) for myself, I have yet to even start, I guess I prefer doing it for others. After the project for my sister, both myself and her will be joining forces to create a large cross stitch for our Mum. I also really want to sew a Marvel picture for my local Comic shop guy, in short, he is an inspiration to us all, a great man, who could do with a nice gift.

But yeah, point is, lots more to come! :D

That is an AWESOME pic. Your brother's lucky. :) I'd definitely want to see any other projects you've got. My favourite part of this site is everyone's WIP's.

A small chicken with a 3D stomach I did back in 2010, didn't have a camera back then so had to scan it instead, so I apologise for the rubbish picture

I must've given it to someone because I can't find it anywhere to take a better picture!

I'm glad you like the robin! Thanks for the kind words!
Here is the WIP for my friend, its getting there, tricky bit of backstitch, mainly as its hard to see on the chart. Then there are some striaght stitches and lazy daisies to do for the border
