Baby onesies

For a friend who is recently in the family way I elected to try and stitch some baby onesies. They came out quite well.

That is awesome!! I read from your blog that you used waste canvas to do that?

I really must start to look into to stitching on clothing. There are endless possibilities.

I really dig the excitebike one. waste canvas is something I havent tried either, I'll have to give it a shot!

Yeah, I really enjoyed doing the Excitebike one. I was really keen on doing something from an early NES game. Unfortunately, most of the ones I looked at had large portions that were made of white. The blue Excitebike is one of the few that didn't have white. I also tried using the the 10-count waste canvas on the bike. It's a fair sized bigegr stitch than the other three. I prefer the tighter stitches in this case.

I'm really looking forward to doing more. I'd like to make something that's not for babies next time.
