I came down with a pretty nasty cold this week, tonsils swollen, coughing, sneezing, breathing pain. the works.
So no stitching done until today.
So I'm stitching whilst playing WoW.
Still a bit headache-y and coughing still, but not as bad, so taking it easy :)

It's looking great! I can't wait til I start on the maps that Breathing2004 has done. I have to finish my current project and then I have a minor and then a major one. Then I shall start on the maps!

That is going to look so cool - what a fantastic image to stitch.

Have you thought about putting it in a stitching frame, I have been using a floor stand (made locally in Geelong) it's a great compromise between desk and couch. It is brilliant for big pieces and did not cost terribly much although it does limit portability.

I can pass on details or send a picture if you'd like.

I've looked into them, but I mostly stitch at my desk because I can't sit comfortably on my bed for more than afew minutes. I have really * knees.
I've looked into taller ones, but they are pretty pricy

I've got mine in a roller frame - I usually stitch at my desk, too, so I lay mine across the arms of my chair and stitch while watching something on the PC screen :)
