Wow!! I'd love to see your rendition of this pattern. I like the idea of metallic for her hair. I've used metallic before and my tip is to use 1 strand metallic and 1 strand normal floss/thread (either term is fine). I remember it was really hard using 2 strand of metallic thread and I found it a "little" easier to do 1 of each.
I'd love to see how you used beads in you work too. I keep thinking I should try that but never get round to it. I got given some for my birthday last year so some tips would be great.

also maybe take the pic before framing depending on if your going to use glass or not, to reduce on the glare. I have a few projects with beading that i have yet to get to the bead part. Im not sure if i brought any of them with me to Iraq though, yet to receive the rest of my stuff out here.
