Nuka Cola Button

Post by PinkPoodle »

I love Fallout. A lot. I also love Coca Cola and since Nuka Cola is the Fallout equivalent, I love all things Nuka Cola. I wanted to try hand painting my own aida, so I just grabbed a random color and tried it out. As it so happens, it was the perfect color for Nuka Cola. I used ecru colored thread to stitch so it would look old. The square of aida I used was pretty small so I wasn't sure what to do with it. But then I remembered I had some of those make-your-own buttons on hand that were the perfect size. OK, enough yapping. On to the pictures!

Very nice! My husband loves the Fallout games, so I may have to make him something like this. Did you make the pattern yourself?

Thanks! I did make the pattern (sort of). I found the logo online, uploaded to PC Stitch, and did a little tweaking.
