We see a lot of your game crafts, but what about your games? We are gamers here, are we not? Post your photos!

Here's mine and my boyfriend's collection. (Sorry about the mess, we only have a very small appartment and limited storage space, so stuff is in boxes/gets chucked on top of boxes, and there are cables EVERYWHERE.)

First an overview of the consoles. We have two tellies, the CRT is used for all the older consoles, and the LCD for the Xbox (not pictured), Xbox 360, PS2, Wii and the 'gaming' PC.
Image

At the back are some of the games we're currently playing, and the Pokémon HeartGold/SoulSilver boxes are used as bookends.
Image

Some CDs and part of my boyfriend's MegaDrive collection. You can also see an Atari and the Mega-CD box.
Image

DVDs, graphic novels and craftbooks, and the N64 and Game Boy boxes.
Image

Some figures, more CDs and all the Xbox, Playstation, PS2 and PSP games. Also, the arcade stick collection.
Image

Our Xbox 360 games, and some more of the MegaDrive collection, mainly Japanese games. I also accidentally cut off another shelf of MD games, which are my boyfriend's favourites.
Image

Then we have DreamCast games, some lose MD and Master System games, 3DS, CD-i, NES and GameGear games, Wii and GameCube games, and on the bottom DS games.
Image

We have a couple of baskets with more lose carts.

Image

And I store my Game Boy, GBC and GBA games like this:
Image

Not pictures are the handhelds, we've got a few Game Boys, DS, GameGears, etc. lying about, the Xbox, and a load of PC games that are all boxed up because they're not used much.

Now show me yours!

I have a game boy advance (with a few games in plastic boxes), in a medicine hard plastic case (very useful !!) ; and a DS lite (with a lot of games)...
I had an original Game Boy (the light grey one), but I sold it for a few hundreds francs (not euros yet) when I was young, I regret so much !!! I had plenty of games with it... and all was in great conditions... I'm so stupid :banghead: I bought another "original" game boy on ebay a few years ago, with my favourite games, but it's not the same :sorry:
I also had a game boy color (sold) and a sega game gear (sold too), no much regrets for these ones...

Image
I used to collect tamagotchis too (for a couple of years)... I found some rare items on ebay ! I sold many, bought many others... all are unopened packages, I only played with 2 I had twice.

Image
This is my BF's computer ; that's where I stay for knitting or cross stitching while he's playing (max payne at the moment)...

Image
And this is where we play with the Wii :) Only 7 games on it
I had a game cube (sold)

I think the largest part of it is my boyfriend's, but it is a collection that has steadily has been growing over the last few years.

A pity you sold your Game Boys and Game Gear La Ptite Bete, but I think we've all done something like that when we were younger!

If I had my apartment organized I could show you our streamlined collection (we downsize frequently), but we currently have a PS3, XBOX360, Media PC, laptop, desktop, a DS and a DSi, 2 SPs, a Dreamcast, an Android Tablet, and 2 smartphones (1 Android, 1 Samsung).

We have put most of our games in folders, and recently put our movies in folders as well, since we wanted to un-bulk our entertainment area. Next year we're planning on getting bookshelves for our large book collection (I am a bookworm). If I get our game stuff, our books and my craft room organized, ever, I promise to do an apartment tour. But I can tell you right now, we have been out gamed by Emma.

Although I was wondering if games included board games, card games, and table top RP stuff. (If so, we might be able to compete.)

I can't get pictures of mine right now, but I have a treasure chest of games (literally, a chest) for all my platforms, which currently consists of:
Master System II, Mega Drive II, Mega-CD II, Sega Saturn, Dreamcast, SNES, Game Boy Pocket, N64, 2x Game Boy Advance, 2x GameCube, DSi, Wii, PS1 (old style), PS2 (fat type), PS3 (60GB), PSP-1000, Xbox and 3x custom built gaming PCs. :D
I don't know how many games there are in total, but they're all quality titles! ;)
I had a Game Gear, but it was stolen years ago. As were a couple of SNES games. :(
I also have a bunch of peripherals and a stupidly large collection of pads (that all still work somehow!)

 I have nowhere near that many!
I was only young when we first got the SNES (5 or 6, I'm 22 now) which was our first gaming platform, so I wasn't able to use my influence to con my parents into buying more games (a skill my younger brother is quite adept with though!) but we had some good ones. Mostly Mario, a few racing games, the Donkey Kong games and one called Prehistorik Man which I'm surprised no one has ever heard of! We've also got the '64, PS1, PS2, PS3, Gamecube and Wii (we've never owned an xbox) and pretty well every incarnation of the Gameboy. By the time we got...I think it was the '64 onwards, my brother was old enough to play games (and he is ludicrously good at them without putting in any effort whatsoever!) and did all but physically move the console to his room. I never got to play unless it was Mario Kart or Mario Party, or some co-op mode on Donkey Kong or whatever. That was when I got my own Gameboy (the SP model) and mostly got every Pokemon game (Pokemon raised me...not even a joke!) and some others which I didn't play with as often. My brother is at Uni at the moment but he leaves all his gaming stuff behind so I'll try take a picture of it all tonight. There's a fair bit!

I keep reviving old threads because I'm unemployed and bored when hubby is at work. Sorry :sorry:
Anywho...our collection is not nearly as impressive as some of what's been shown, but we don't have systems/games around that we won't play. Hubby usually only plays games through once if they're like that (Mass Effect, Fallout) and then trades them in/sells them/gives them to my brother for his birthday/Christmas. If it's something like Halo or Call of Duty, he usually gets the newest one, then gets rid of the oldest. I'm more liable to hang on to my games because I like to play them over and over. Now that I've blathered on, here are the photos!
Spoiler

Entertainment center which always has the X360 and Wii set up. We don't have room to set all of our other systems up (NES, SNES, N64) so when we play those, we just get them out and hook them up to the side of the tv and they sit on the floor. Also, you can't see it too well, but the DJ Hero turntable is behind the left side of the tv.
Spoiler
Image
My DS Lite lives on the corner of the entertainment center because there's an outlet nearby to charge it. The white 3-drawer "cabinet" holds controllers, cords, and cables for all of our systems. And Master Chief watches over it all. Haha.
Spoiler
Image
On the bottom shelf the NES, SNES, N64 and Gameboy Advance (and games) reside. Along with my Mario Yahtzee :D The third shelf up holds all of our boxes for the DS's and special edition game packaging (i.e. Skyward Sword with gold Wiimote) and our cases for our DS's.
Spoiler
Image
Here's where most of our games live. From bottom to top: 1) X360 2) Wii, a few GameCube, and a couple PS games my husband refuses to get rid of, even though we have no PS systems in the house 3) GameCube 4) SNES, N64 and memory cards/expansion pack 5) NES and N64 6) Aqua 3DS (mine), Black 3DS (hubby's), Luigi figure, Master Chief bobble head and mini-figure.
Spoiler
Image
Last one! The bottom shelf of our DVD shelf holds all of our DS and 3DS games.

I do have some more retro games coming to me whenever my parents unearth their old systems and I stake my claim on them! Muahaha

LinkIsMyHomeboy you have a great collection. I used to sell games I didn't play any more, but then I'd want to play them again and have to buy them again, so now I'm a hoarder.

That's why I don't like getting rid of the games that are mine. For instance, we have both of the Saw games and hubby keeps wanting me to get rid of them since I haven't played them in months (and he thinks they're garbage), but I know as soon as I get rid of them, I'll have the urge to play one or both of them and I don't want to have to repurchase them. I can't remember what game hubby did that with, but I know when he tried to get rid of it again, I told him no because I didn't want to purchase it a third time.
