Sprite Stitch Board!

Hi, my boyfriend found this adorable picture of pikachu on a random look through someone's photobucket pictures and I thought 'this needs to be a cross stitch!'.

Could anyone create a pattern for me? Preferably I'd like 16 count, maybe about 4 inches and as many colours as will make it look good (my last project had 49 so I'm not scared by number of colours).
