I've attempted to do so. I'm pretty sure I found this pattern on this site. I'm totally happy to give credit to whomever. I've spent about a week scouring the interwebz for the color list. I have the list itself, but the symbols aren't congruent with the pattern.

I wasn't meaning to insinuate you were stealing a pattern or not willing to give credit. I was just pointing you that direction in case you hadn't already ventured that way.
If you post the list of colors, someone could probably tell you which color goes to which symbol.
