Hi, my baby boy is due to June and since im a pokemon fan i was looking for some pokemon alphabet pattern, i looked up at google and spritestitch and found no pattern, i found some images, like this one down here, i dont know if the quality of the image is good to do a pattern, i've tried using kg-chart, but i suck, i dont know how to use it, when i import the image i dont know what happens, it comes all messed up, you cant identify its pokemons.
If anyone have any other alphabet pattern besides the unown, im cool with that

I too would love to see this, I have some good friends who have a baby due in about 7 months. It'll make a good summer project!

If you just want letters then there are links in the wiki for alphabets and fonts. I just added a couple of ones from Pokemon Gameboy games the other day.

Are there any specific letters/pokemon that you're looking for or did you want the entire alphabet?
I was digging around in my patterns and I found an old sampler pattern from a few years ago that I never finished. It was supposed to be small letters with handsprited pokemon from the 1st and 2nd gen pokemon games and only used the colors from Gold/Silver/Crystal. Unfortunately, by the time I reached H, I realized that I couldn't keep the alternating 2nd gen>1st gen>2nd gen theme as the later letters weren't cooperating and it was supposed to only use up to the 2nd gen of pokemon so I ended up putting it on hold and forgot about it.
If there are any that you want (maybe the letters of your son's name? as I don't have time to make an entire alphabet right now), I could try making a custom pattern just for you. Either using the original style (see picture below) or with larger letters and more detailed pokemon from any generation.
Here's what the original looked like. The letter colors were going to be changed after I had finished.
*Screenprint because I was lazy*

I'll get to work on it this weekend. Each letter/pokemon is approximately 20 pixels by 20 pixels. That's about 1.5 to 2 inches per character if you stitch this on 14 count. Each one will also use 5 colors, 2 will be black and white as the original gold/silver/crystal games only used 4 colors per pokemon.
Are these pokemon fine with you? I only have A right now, so I can switch out the pokemon if you want something different like Ledian or Lugia instead of Lanturn. The letter color itelf is up to you though. My original plan was to try adding metallic thread/outlining it to make it stand out from the pokemon but I hadn't chosen a specific color theme for them yet.
L-Lanturn
I-Igglybuff
A-Ampharos
N-Natu

Sry, spent the weekend at bed puking every 20 minutes. I dont know if you have done it yet but if you havent could you use arcanine and lugia instead ampharos and lanturn? But if its finished, no worries. It would be great anyways
What program do you use to make patterns? I tried using kg chart but i do t know how to make small patterns out of high quality images

It's fine. I haven't had time to get started on it yet (because was I was swamped with work from my uni classes) so its not a problem. I'll make the first letter and if you like it, I'll make the rest in the same style. These will be around 40 by 40 pixels and use the Heartgold/Soulsilver colors.
I make patterns in GIMP first. It's like a free basic version of photoshop. I can use layers there and I make/edit sprites with them. Once I'm done, I save the image as .png and then I use KG chart to see how it looks. If KG chart loses/adds too many detail/colors though, I usually just stitch straight from Gimp for smaller pictures.
EDIT: Lugia done. How does it look? The letter colors will be changed later. They're just a contrasting color to make it easier for me to design around.
