Flashback pattern request

I am an experienced cross stitcher but have never created my own pattern. Flashback was one of my favourite games on the mega Drive and I would love to do a cross stitch of this image. Can anyone help? Anchor thread is more available for me but DMC would be ok too.

Any chance you can find a better picture that isn't a jpeg? Try to find a .png, .gif or bmp file. Jpegs leave fragments from the compression which messes up the picture when they are put through a pattern program.

Well.....

I've tried doing this myself on both cross stitch programs but cant get the detail right....and the colours are not perfect.


Any advice greatly appreciated!

How's this? 320 x 208 stitches, roughly 17.8 by 11.6 inches on 18 count aida, 24 colours.
