First one. Maybe crop it slightly and move the words down a tad.

yeah I could bring the words down, and make the tree shorter to crop off the top a bit

I'm going with the multi colored toads but I think it is just because I like toad... I do like how the two smaller ones are on the outside and the bigger one in the center, seems pleasing to me.
