how long a day do you spend on your project??

i spend approx 2 - 3 hrs in the evening as i work in day, and at the weekend when im off i spend a lot longer most the day taking breaks and i have 1 night a week where i dont do any

Depends on what I'm working on and how important it is. More important stuff gets more time! Also, I can stitch reasonably fast too so I can get lots done.
Generally, though, I spend anywhere from 1 - 8 hours a day stitching. Usually about 5 - 6! But once I did clock 17 hours in one day!

Depends what else I'm doing. My work can be a lot of hurry up and wait, so those days I break out the stitching for up to 10 hours in a day, cuz it's easier to interrupt/put down than a video game. Average I'd say at least 1 hour a day.

I'm crap at doing things everyday. I tend to do big bursts between periods of complete nothing.

Take tonight. Ostensibly, I'm working on my blanket. It's been on my lap, with needle threaded, for about three hours. However, I've done no work. Last night it was on my lap most of the night, and I managed about 8 bouillions total.

On average I'd say I get in about 1.5 hours a day, including a couple of days each week of nothing and usually a couple of weekend days when I do considerably more. Recently I've hardly stitched at all because I've been working long hours But that is coming to an end, and this weekend promises to hold lots of crafting time to make up

Depends. On the weekends, about 10 put together. On weekdays about 3 a day since I have school and that evil called HW.

I usually spend about 5 hours a day during the week, and 1 each day on the weekends.. I dunno how I'm gonna get any stitching done this summer when the kids are out of school though!

if I'm really excited about a project, I may spend up to 9 hours a day on it (especially at the beginning)
though.. most projects don't take THAT long. =)

Yeah, I don't seem to be good at working on most projects. I probably average maybe one hour a day on a project during the week and maybe 2-3 hours a day on the weekend. I often can't find the motivation to work on any particular thing for very long. That's why it takes me forever to get anything done! Like these Child's Play squares for example.

No wonder it takes me so long to finish. I might work 2 hours per week. I need to pick up the pace.

If your only used to doing 2 hrs per week, then don't push yourself too hard to do more. a lot of people burn out on creative projects if they do them too much!
