Sprite Stitch Board!

I was wondering what program you guys use to make these patterns. If anyone can tell me that would be awesome Thanks!

I use KG-chart because it's free. I've seen others use PC-stitch as well and I believe the other is called Mac Stitch.

With KG chart can i take a image and make a pattern out of it? Im trying to make patterns out of images for perler beads.

KG-Chart has an import option, so yeah, you can add your own pictures The problem is sometimes you have to clean the pictures up in the program a bit otherwise it gets pretty rough looking.
