Once again, I went to the post office to send a letter and found a letter in my mailbox when I got home! What timing!

I'm so sorry, I haven't mailed out my first letter yet! I'm the worst...between a family emergency and starting a new job (overtime galore) I have completely dropped the ball. I have it all written out, just have to get out of work in time to get to the post office to buy stamps. Philpeppe, I'm so sorry! I promise it's going out this week!

All this sending out stuff...stuff... has coincided with the end of my uni prep course. Cue more busy work than I ever would have thought possible for a free course that essentially guarantees me nothing. So apologies pen pal, but the course finishes on Friday so I'll be sending out your letter first thing Saturday morning!

Forgot to mention I sent mine at the weekend, but I missed the collection so it was probably sitting in the postbox until yesterday!

The letters I recieve never cease to brighten my day!
Today was particularily nasty so to come home and find a letter waiting for me was like recieving a hug from across the oceans. Something I really needed.
