Grumble grumble. Not cool indeed.

Thanks for reporting them guys. The more the merrier :D

Its odd how much they're lying though. I've never sold to the netherlands, so they don't live there...

They could've gotten the pattern from a friend or something. I've reported them as well, I just hope Etsy actually do something about it. They've not been very good in the past about this sort of thing.

No, they aren't that good.

Not sure there's anything I can do about it to be honest.

I've reported them too. I can't believe that this person is doing this! It's so ridiculous that they can just steal patterns like that and then say at the bottom of the listing 'personal use only'.

In the part I just send threatening emails and people take them down. Someone might want to try that.

Hm... You got an example johloh? I'll send one over for both Sprite Stitch and myself.
And if in doubt, I'll send a fake cease and desist letter too.

Please don't do that. You could get in real trouble for that. Threatening letters are fine, faking legal documents, not so much.

I second that recommendation. Telling them that you have reported them to Etsy (or will) is kinda of the best you can do without getting your own lawyer. The other alternative to be leave feedback/comments on everything available saying "This is stolen work, please do not buy from this seller!"

ALSO The Epic Pokemon pattern has been sold twice. If there was a way to I would contact the buyers with the information that the pattern was stolen (and available for free) and ask them to change their review of the seller. I don't know how to do this though.
