On their website, it says they try to have international orders delivered within 28 days. I waited a month before contacting them for an update on my frame, and they haven't even shipped it yet!!

It said it was in stock when I ordered it, too. When you pay this much for a frame, I'd expect a bit better customer service. I'd recommend following up frequently if you order one.
