No worries you can be part of our important cheerleading teamMishatu wrote:Ugh, I was planning on neglecting to do it this year because school's way too crazy (I've hardly had 3 minutes to stitch in the last couple weeks), but you just reminded me about it and unggghhhh.
I like being creative.

I signed up to try (same username) but I don't think I'll be able to get it done with my mooc classes.

Use it to finish your college work! That's what I'm doing.MeiTow wrote:I signed up to try (same username) but I don't think I'll be able to get it done with my mooc classes.

Heh. They aren't really writing classes. I have one class that's asking for essays every week but other than that, they are just watching lectures and answering questions. It's the time factor.Eliste wrote:Use it to finish your college work! I may try again by putting in a book I tried to do a couple of years ago and didn't finish. We'll see.

I'm hostsofheaven on there, but alas, I am already a few days behind. I am going to try to do some catching up today, but I'm not sure if I can pull it out.
Current Projects: Crocheting stuff, writing letters, cross stitching stuff oh, and making beer!

Re: Nanowrimo
I've found the big thing for me is to use it as a way to push myself to do more- even if I don't make it. It will still get more done than you would have otherwise, and I always consider that an achievement in and of itself!Philpepe wrote:I'm hostsofheaven on there, but alas, I am already a few days behind. Re: Nanowrimo
That's true. I actually got a second idea for a book last night, but I don't think it's one that would ever reach 50,000 words, so I may have to do it after Nanowrimo is over. I also wrote a little more yesterday and I am now almost at the Day 1 goal...
