KG-Chart not working?

Hello!

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this, so sorry if it's not >.<

I just installed CutePDF to use with my .sth files, and I managed to convert two successfully.

Hwever, now whenever I try to import a picture, it loads to 30%, stops responding, and then closes. It wasn't doing this before I installed CutePDF, so I have a feeling it has somethign to do with it.

Help please? I really need to make some patterns for people by the end of next week!

You can start by uninstalling CutePDF to see if that makes a difference. If not, the old trick is to reinstall the offending program and see if whatever error has cleared up.

If it STILL happens, you might want to look at what you're trying to import - I've had issues with several images in the past doing exactly what you describe and it was the images themselves (they all had various settings etc that needed adjusting).

Okay, I've had a little play around with it!

It seems that I can import most of the files types (Including the one I'm trying to import) into the program, just not the picture I want to import.

I just went and edited the picture and tried to import it, and it's still not working.

Edit: I fixed it! I just had to change the amount of colours I needed! I had it set to 15 from a previous project, and I guess it didn't like it. So yeah! If it's not importing, check you've set the colours back to the original 24!

I have seen it crash on image size, chart size and number of colours. So try shrinking the src image down, or making it bigger if it crashes.
