I was talking to my mum today and she was saying that if a child in post opperative care has access to video games it can half the amount of pain medication they require. Excelent work everyone! and for such a good cause. I really hope to be a part of it next year!

They really are wonderful.
I'm completely kicking myself in the butt for not contributing.
I kept getting distracted by other things... but not next year. I am determined to participate. Congrats to everyone who contributed to these quilts. They're beautiful.

Re: Stitching for Charity 2012
Soooo I started my square for next year. Which is the Shadow of the Colossus square I didn't get to this year. There are like 90 colors in this thing, lol. It should be my most detailed square to date. I hope it turns out nice^^ Thank you again Servo for the pattern!
Someone let me know when there's a spreadsheet for next year so I can fill this into it, lol.

Re: Stitching for Charity 2012
I am putting the auction together. Really quickly, does this sound ok? Sound I add anything else?
You are bidding on a one of a kind quilt that was made just to raise money for Child's Play. Each year the members at Sprite Stitch get together and create cross stitch squares of their favorite video games scenes to be turned into a quilt. This quilt is auctioned off at the Penny Arcade dinner to benefit Child's Play.
This year, there were so may entries that we created two quilts. This quilt is one of a kind that comes with a certificate of authenticity giving you information about each square. On the back of the quilt is the year it was created to add to the limited nature.
All money raised will benefit Child's Play. Shipping within the continental United States is free. If you are out of the continental United States please contact me about shipping arrangements prior to bidding.
