OMG DALEKS! I'm completely in love and will be doing that band somewhere/sometime soon!

I'm all for BMH's suggestion but it's going to be so very hard to vote on all these great bands!

This also had to be done. I'm sure everyone will see it coming. I was thinking of making more, with more obscure Pokemon. Maybe bands done by types.

That's a very good point! Samplers did often include words of wisdom and stuff like that, so if anyone has some ideas like m4pl3g1rl's in mind then they would be very welcome!

My words of wisdom...

Don't forget to save...and save often!

My other thought was to include one of the things I learned from video games like what Laialda did in her pattern: viewtopic.php?f=7&t=2272

I think so, Brain, but can the gummi worms really live in peace with the marshmallow chicks?
I think so, Brain, but if they called them "sad meals" nobody would buy them.

I know samplers sometimes have repeating patterns, so here's a fairly simple one. If the Pikachu head seems familiar, it's because it's one of our smilies. :pika

Oh, stop it...you're making me blush  Lol. Thank you. If you have a Wii/WiiU, StarTropics is on the virtual console. And pretty cheap, if I remember correctly. It's also has a sequel, but I don't like it nearly as much.

Also, I use KG Chart for my patterns. Have to fudge with colors most of the time, but I usually just have my thread out when making a pattern anyway.

*Bold mine.

Depending on how this goes I may need to add a mini sampler (for my husband) of MeiTow's words of wisdom and starrleys pokemon idea.

My DH had a random DS shut down after a lazy pokemon playing Sunday. Someone hadn't saved in around 3 hours.

Love the StarTropics and Dr. Mario. I was actually thinking before that those games could make nice bands. You guys are mind-readers. :D

Oh cool yeah my brother has the WiiU, i'll definately check it out! :)

My laptop died on me, was thinking of getting a new one or saving up for a mac, but thought i'd finally get a pattern maker once I do. Bit nervous about it but I'm sure you will all help me stumble through it!
