My idea.
If it gets off the ground I am unsure on how to do though. Cross stitch as the pattern, or to do blackwork style or other.
Thread of choice so far is Dinky-Dyes (either silk or cotton) variegated thread. I know that one place at the craft shows usually have the whole range (craft show next on 12th) so will mix-match colours then.

Okay, ya'll convinced me. I whipped this one up pretty quickly this afternoon. First time ever doing "black"work, so I'm pretty impressed with how it turned out. Thought the design looked like little leaves, so it fit.
