NOV - DEC - JAN Challenge!! Holidays!

I am almost done with my Nativity scene!! I figure it won't be done by Christmas, but I should get it done by Dec 29th. I am going to use the days off I get for Christmas to get it finished. I am going to get it framed at the first of the year and then take it out for the holidays and actually use it as decoration.

oh man. that is an idea. 3 yoshis instead of camels??

I may add more to it later on like Yoshi's as camels and such. As of now, it is all Mario characters (in different forms) as the wise men and Joseph. Peach is of course Mary and Jesus is ... baby Toadstool! There are other cool things in it too and I can't wait to finish it this week and get it up! I have worked on it almost every day for the past 2 months. I am not as fast as other people, but I have been plugging along with the hopes of getting it done by Dec 31.

I sewed almost every day for the past two months and almost didn't make it. I am really proud of my piece. I will probably add to it as the years go on, then when I am finally happy with the finished work, I will professionally frame it.

I am almost finished with a Christmas hand towel that has a red mushroom and a green mushroom on it. I thought it would be festive, but yours is much more festive.
