I agree! Could you post what colors you are using? It's a beautiful effect.

Here is my progress! After much debate, I decided against the journey band. I just never played the game, and as much as I wanted to fully participate I wanted all the bands to be games that I'm actually familiar with. My forth band is going to be the Commander Keen one. I was really nervous about picking the border in between bands, but someone posted several patterns, and I just love this one. It's slightly off center due to a math fail, but I don't think it's bad enough to have to redo...just a little overhang on the right side.

Also, sorry for the less than perfect picture. I have friends from WoW that I talk to on vent all the time, and I'm always snapping pictures to show them my progress (it's funny how people I've never met are my biggest supporters!) so quality isn't always the first priority.

An excellent idea! :D

Elle it looks great! I understand not wanting to have a band that you have no connection to. I'm glad to see the Zelda meme one getting used! Makes me happy. ^_^

Thank you all *bows humbly*

The blues are from 823-828. My only problem (sort of) is that 823 is so dark on fabric though that you can't really see difference between it and black in small lots.

See if I can get the DDR band done today :beg:

I finished the Sprite Stitch band on the bottom of mine. The heart patterns are BMH's, and I put a link to the fonts in the comment section of the pattern if anybody wants those. :D

That looks great! I have moved the placing around a bit for mine, but I definately plan on using it. Thanks for sharing! Just finished my charity square, so I should be starting this before the end of the month....
