Here's one of the AC Leafs I'm doing

Kareesh! It's freaking stunning!Kareesh wrote:Okay, ya'll convinced me. I whipped this one up pretty quickly this afternoon. First time ever doing "black"work, so I'm pretty impressed with how it turned out. Thought the design looked like little leaves, so it fit.

I haven't been on in a while so I had to go back and look at everyone's entries. I love that this challenge has inspired so many different crafts! I thought I wouldn't have time to participate since I'm having enough trouble getting my quilt square done, but doing something other than stitching opens up a lot of quicker possibilities

Taking a bit of a break from this. My sister-in-law had her baby over the weekend so I need to get her bib finished (she was due July 2nd so I thought I had more time lolol) and I really want to get my quilt square done in time to send it to the U.S. address. Not sure if that'll happen...but that means I'm going to be super busy for the next couple of weeks and then I can pick this back up.

Really loving the stuff you guys are turning out here!
@ashntoph - I used to do that stuff as a kid, pretty sure I still have the owl thing I made. Never thought to apply it here (derp) so well done you
@funkymonkey - That looks lovely, but then I'm a bit of a magpie
@everyone else who's made something so far - keep up the good work!
EDIT: @everyone who hasn't made something yet - get cracking!
