After trying to picture how much cake, fondant and gum paste it would take to build a life size track I find myself left with a question. Not how or why. Just this, would I get fatter being surrounded by cake and sugar or fitter from all of the kneading and what not involved? Hmm...

Then we got bored and remembered that we still had dino sprinkles and my hubby amused himself.
Spoiler
This is awesome, and has made my day = D
We're always happy at my house when our antics amuse other people.
It's St George's Day today, the chap that slayed a pesky dragon. So... here's a cake with a dragon on it! (The wings didn't work, but he's definitely a dragon and NOT a dinosaur like my mum thought)

And a special surpirse inside... a flag! (We had to slay the dragon to get into the cake - it was the only way)

This is a chocolate fudge cake with chocolate ganache icing, ringed round with chocolate biscuit fingers and topped with biscuit m&ms and Galaxy caramel bites. My boyfriend requested it for his birthday so naturally I obliged... We now have three days to eat this monstrosity before leaving to visit family for the holidays
I have a feeling I'll be visiting the diet and exercise thread when I get back!
Current projects: 'Heroes' sketch, experiments with surface embroidery.
