Can anyone take a picture to a chibi to a pattern?

I'm working on a set of teeshirts with characters and quotes from Xenosaga (one, two, and three), and I'm having trouble with one of the characters. I've been using chibi-versions of the main characters, since I find chibis easy to translate into patterns, but can't seem to find Jin Uzuki. 
If anyone can turn this into a chibi, I would be uber-grateful. Thanks!!!
