I will start on these as soon as I get home, if that's okay. I haven't befriended enough IT guys to get them to install KG Chart on my computer at work yet.

Not to steal purcell's thunder, but I shoved them into an online pattern maker. I checked all the colours on my DMC colour card, they all look right to me. Did you want them separate, or all together? I put them together for speed, but can separate them if you want?
EDIT: I just noticed that colour 939 on the pattern isn't actually there. Must've left clicked when making the pattern without noticing... sorry.

Wow, I have a fan! That's so cool! Sorry it took so long, but I ripped them from a better sprite sheet. The ones you had posted were gifs or png files. I've listed the KG chart file and a pdf, hope you like them. Thanks for the help LL!

I did a little piece of this one - just Link hoisting the Triforce, and it turned out perfectly. Not bad for my first attempt at cross stitch. Just need to frame it:

In my off time I've been closely examining the Legend of Zelda Link to the Past tilesets and sprites

I just added a lot of non-playing character sprites.
