Pokemon - Eevee pattern help

Just looking for some help to get a pattern a but more simple and easier to follow then the ones I've tried to make that haven't really worked. Looking for this image to be created into a very simple chart to follow for my daughter.

Its kinda what she is planning on doing with them. She wants to stitch them onto plastic canvas. But I can't seem to get the pattern right. So I thought I would try for help.

I can try it, but I can't promise anything. If I can't do it, I'll let you know and try to get someone else's help. I'm currently at work and won't be able to tackle it at least until late tonight or tomorrow.
