I don't have the chance to know Game of Thrones yet, but I hear so many good things about it, I must see it...
I can't wait to see your project done, the colors looks great so far ! I'll keep an eye on your thread
Lemming, I was working on how best to do it over the weekend. I'm very excited to start it after this portrait challenge and charity quilt piece are done. I'm trying to decide if I want to make it one HUGE thing that will need like a poster frame to hang it or cut it down into smaller portions that I can hang together in regular frames. Still have a few months to think about it.
How big is it going to be once complete? I get frightened of doing big pieces partly as I know I would mess up the fabric while I was stitching it (with loads left on your lap while stitching one corner if you see what I mean!). And how long do you think it might take you to complete?
I'll keep an eye on this thread to see how you progress!
Current Projects:
Pixelhobby Super Mario 3 - World Map 1
Biggest Cross Stitch EVER - 22m long kit of "Along the River During the Qingming Festival" (Page 2&3/279)

Thank you!
It's going to be 8 x 17 inches, so it is the biggest piece I've ever done so far but it's not too much fabric on your lap. Since it's not that wide I can easily fold the other parts of fabric that I don't stich on yet. The first page has taken me about three months, so I guess I won't be finishing it before next year.
The color changing is the really nasty part. So whenever I don't feel like changing threads all the time I tend to stitch a bit of the water

Sneaky lol I'm going to keep that in mind if I ever build up the courage to start something this large! It's looking great. Keep the WIP pics coming!
